    • Cancellation requests must include relevant details such as the client’s name, project details, and reason for cancellation.
    • We require a minimum notice period of 5 business days for cancellations, depending on the scope and nature of the project. This allows us to manage our resources effectively.
    • If the cancellation request is received after the commencement of work, the client may be liable for a cancellation fee. The fee will be determined based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team.
    • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be processed according to the following conditions:
      • If the cancellation request is made before the commencement of any work, a full refund will be provided.
      • If the cancellation request is made after the commencement of work but before a significant portion of the project is completed, a partial refund may be provided. The amount of the refund will be based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.
      • No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed or delivered to the client.
    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. It may take 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the client’s account.
  3. Exceptions:
    • In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, technological failures, or other events beyond our control, LCA Digi reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation and refund policy at its discretion.
    • Any exceptions to this policy will be communicated to the client in writing.
      1. Dispute Resolution:
        • In the event of a dispute regarding a cancellation or refund, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue amicably.
        • If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, either party may pursue legal recourse as per the terms outlined in our Terms of Service.
      2. Policy Updates:
        • LCA Digi reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation/Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
